The average build time for a stick build single family home from ground up construction is approximately 7 to 16 months , though this can range differently based on the complexity of the home being built , supplies issues , location , and contractor availabilities
CONTAINER HOMES
DEPENDING on the complexity of the build 8 to 12 months with smaller or simpler builds 3 to 6 months for turn key homes
CONTAINER castles will take up to 24 months to build

In your paperwork you'll have a copy of this warranty and if ever there is a problem call the warranty number and a Titan repair tech will be out to fix or replace the problem,
These warranties are non transferable unless your a delevoper
And DO NOT COVER PERSONAL DAMAGE .
